A new REFLEX scrap shear has been started at the scrap yard of Klein Recycling in Hillsborough (New Jersey).
Klein Recycling, established in 1947, is one of the tri-state area’s largest privately owned metal recycling companies. The recycler, who is already using many mobile shears, relied on a press wing scrap shear made by Copex to further develop his business.
The REFLEX which is operational since a few days, has a cutting force of 750 US tons (650 metric tons), a 20 ft long box (6 meters), and a loading table to load scrap as a background task and save lots of time. The machine is capable to treat up to 20 tons per hour.
The company Brick Recycling purchased the first “American” REFLEX750 scrap shear. The great satisfaction showed by this customer also established in New Jersey, certainly influenced Klein Recycling in their choice.
The company Xpress Recycling, installed in Louisiana, opted for the mobile version of the REFLEX750. And Klein Recycling has now a version with loading table.
Offering the widest range of press wing scrap shear/balers, Copex cover all applications in the scrap metal recycling industry, and offer the best service through his valuable partner ShearCore.
Copex and ShearCore will have a stand at ISRI in New Orleans - 22 to 27 April - and would be very happy to welcome you.
